What exactly is Zumba?
It's a 60-minute aerobic-dance program featuring a variety of rhythms from all over Latin America with some hip hop combined. You'll get a taste of everything-merengue, salsa, flamenco, samba, tango, reggae, cumbia, calypso, cha cha, belly dancing, hip hop, breakdancing and more!

Walk us through a class.
First you warm up for 5-10 minutes with toning exercises that work all of the major muscle groups. Then, for the next 50 minutes, you try out all of the different styles of Latin dancing, changing the rhythm with each song  minutes. Finally there's a 5-minute cooldown.

What are the benefits?
It's fun, it burns approximately 500 calories per hour, and it's great cardiovascular exercise with moderate impact. The music is programmed to go from medium paced to very fast, then back to down again, which means your heart rate speeds up and slows down, making it easy to keep up. Zumba also engages the oblique muscles-which run along the sides of your stomach-more than some other exercises do, thanks to a lot of waist and hip movement. The belly-dancing moves work the arms, and virtually all of the moves work the legs, since you're constantly bending them to dance

ZUMBA -1-day and 2 day week classes available

The whole system of Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. These two systems of exercise and breathing then prepare the body and mind for meditation, and the student finds an easy approach to a quiet mind that allows silence and healing from everyday stress. Regular daily practice of all three parts of this structure of Yoga produce a clear, bright mind and a strong, capable body.
