Dance Express offers a service to each family to have all of their
paperwork e-mailed to them. This cuts down on paperwork, and you are
assured that the proper paper work has gotten into the correct hands.
Please fill out the appropriate slip if you wish to have your information
e-mailed to you throughout the year.
MUSIC
Dancers are strongly encouraged to have their class music recorded
so they may practice at home. A brand new cd will be provided for you
and the music will be recorded for a $5.00 fee ($3.00 for copyrights;
$2.00 for the CD). If you would like a cd of your child’s music,
please leave your name and class with the front desk and a CD will
be dubbed for you.
KEEPING YOU INFORMED
Check the website frequently for updates. Also
check our online calendar for upcoming dates of performances and events.
Please come in from time to time to check out our bulletin
board and calendar on the wall. We are constantly posting new information
for you. Any time a note goes home, we will also post one on the board
in case the little elf in the studio runs away with your dancer's paper.
If you are unsure about any times, dates or places of any up-coming
events just check the board and the answer awaits you there. Come on
in and check it out when you see something because it could be very
important for you and your dancer!
In case of bad weather, we will send out an email if classes are cancelled,
put it on our website and our answering machine at the studio. Just
check out one of those locations!
Please take the time to read the papers that come home. Mark your calendar
for all important meeting, rehearsal and payment dates. Staff members
often get blamed by upset parents about late fees or dancers not knowing
information that had been in the packets sent home. Dance Express works
very hard to keep you informed and giving families plenty of advance
notice about various dates and payment due dates.
Thank you for taking the time to read this information
packet. I cannot stress enough how important it is for the dancers
and parents to keep the lines of communication open. If a problem or
concern arises, please speak to me immediately so a solution can be
found. Without feedback I cannot solve problems for you and your family.
